Mushroom al-dente fettucine with a nice touch of truffle! Initially found it a lil too al-dente at first but as I continued to eat on, I found the texture really pleasant! In fact, I'd cook my own pasta ala al-dente too!! Perhaps the only gripe about this was it could do with less cream, so it would be less jelat; But otherwise, is all good!!!
