I shall not comment much on the food because everyone knows how yummy their hotpot is - would personally recommend their tomato broth, house-made noodle (which remained chewy and doesn't turn soggy), and HDL style beef πŸ˜‹ I also love how the free-flow fruits at the seasoning bar are at their peak of ripeness and pleasantly sweet.

What I wish to highlight is their top-notch service. Queueing for at least an hour is expected, but you're constantly attended by the staff with (or feel free to help yourself to) the free-flow drinks and snacks available outside the restaurant while waiting. For ladies, you can even get a manicure done (but waiting is required as well). Upon getting seated, your table will be given full attention by the same 1-2 staff(s) who constantly replenishes your drinks and soup, and cooks the items for you when your table ran out of space to place the items. They're also quick to respond to your needs, such as getting a hot towel or cardigan when you're cold and an apron if you don't wish to dirty your precious clothes. Even when I went to the washroom, a staff cleaning the area would direct me to the correct place and cautioned me about the wet floor and raised platform.

A big group can easily spend up to $400, but this is one of the few restaurants where I felt that the splurge (especially on the service tax) is the most worth it.
