Seared Japanese Wagyu, Hitsumabushi-style, using Japanese Pearl short grain rice, with jus of the wagyu drips onto the rice.

There are 4 ways to eat Hitsumabushi. Divide into 4 portions:
1. Scoop a portion into a bowl, eat it as it is, enjoying the original flavour of Wagyu beef with rice.
2. Add condiments into the second portion & enjoy the added flavours.
3. Pour Dashi into the third portion & eat it like porridge. Enjoy the smokiness of the Dashi.
4. Final portion, just eat it any way you would enjoy the Wagyu & rice.
