Add the egg as it's stir Fried separately so it isnt soggy and there's good wok hei

Really flavourful, the Broth was thicker than i expected and i loved that it was on the dry Side. Squid and prawns was cooked to perfection, as expected from their long history. The sambal belachan has a slight bitter note(not bitter taste), and it's rather sour which works perfectly with the bee hoon. There's also a kick so go easy on the sambal first.

Can see myself coming back here as it's a really comforting dish executed with standards
