The 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 ($18.90) was not to be outdone. Despite coming across as a brunch item -- a poached egg and hollandaise sauce brought to mind Eggs Benedict -- it was exquisite. The salmon was moist and flakey, complemented beautifully by the molten poached egg and earthy mushrooms. The hollandaise sauce was on point too. The only letdown was the Potato Truffle Mash, which wasn't smooth and creamy enough.

Most of the mains we ordered were very good and the prices were reasonable. Even if you don't stay nearby, the homely vibes and carefully curated food mean flavour is worth a visit.
