Starting with the irresistible sweets from the exquisite ‘Peranakan #AfternoonTea’ spread collab between Four Seasons Hotel Singapore and Candlenut, the world’s first Michelin-starred #Peranakan restaurant.

Every item is a winner. From refined and velvety Kueh Salat that almost melts in the mouth, to the Kueh Bingkah topped with a lovely, caramelised coconut crown sweetened with Gula Melaka, and the local breakfast-in-a-bite of crunchy toast, SCS butter, rich homemade Kaya and a dusting of Lam Yeo coffee powder. And then there’s the decadent buah keluak & valrhona chocolate tart, and an old-school looking cake that presents the comforting embrace of pillowy pandan sponge and wonderfully-balanced lemongrass mousse.
