Even with the current dine in restrictions, the restaurant is still continuing its menu innovations and releasing new dishes periodically. From now to 31 October, the restaurant is launching the Exquisite Lobster Delicacies menu, with over eight dishes in the lineup. You can throw a party at home and have a lobster feast with three of the dishes made with the Australian Western Rock Lobsters, a prized catch that is new in the Singapore’s dining scene. This breed of lobster is the most valuable single-species lobster in Australia, famed for the firm, sweet, creamy, and extremely rich white meat.

If you prefer the local lobsters, there are also five dishes from this limited-time menu with the Braised Lobster with Sea Urchin Sauce & Rice ($48), a rich and decadent dish of two premium ingredients with spinach rice. There is also the Black Truffle Custard Lobster Ball ($48), a dish of multiple layers with the earthiness from the black truffle to the sweetness of the lobster meat and creaminess from the custard. My top pick has got to be my favourite Lobster Rice Roll ($25), with the steamed rice rolls still retaining a nice chew from the delivery with the chunky lobster meat within it and the umami soy sauce mixture that you pour over to give it the ultimate boost in flavours.

Besides the Exquisite Lobster Delicacies menu, Wan Hao will also continue the $15 nett bentos, $15 nett dim sum bento and 30% takeaway for ala carte orders.
