The Premium Ribeye Steak ($18.90+) is a nice 200g slab that is fairly thin. Upon first glance, I was afraid it might be overcooked from the medium rare I requested for; but as I dug in, my fears were allayed.

This is one of the rare times that I feel the sauce served with a steak is enjoyable. The pepper sauce isn't OVERLY peppery nor briney. I actually poured it over my steak before tucking in - very much a rarity.

The steak, as with all mains, is served with a side of fries & mesclun salad. Pretty standard, nothing too fancy. Fries are on the oily side & could be crisper. I actually prefer the lightness of the mesclun salad to the fries! Another rarity!
