Milk, freshly whisked matcha (love those gorgeous shades of green🤩), topped with chamomile cream, the Matcha Blanc was milky with a subtle earthy note. The chamomile cream was smooth, creamy with a subtle floral aroma, a nice complement to the beverage. Requested for less syrup but the characteristic umami, earthy undertone of matcha was still insignificant enough for my liking, with the dairy component here stealing the limelight away. On the other hand, the flavour of tea pudding varies seasonally, with this season being a yuzu flavoured one doused with houjicha shot! 💛 The tangy, citrusy flavour of yuzu was surprisingly a good complement to the roasted earthy note of Houjicha, with the latter being more robust in tea flavour and lingering as compared to the matcha beverage. Texture wise, the pudding was also smooth, silk-like with a slight melt-in-the mouth creamy texture that I adore 😋. On a side note, there’s also Omakase tea sets served here (available only by reservation) which makes it a perfect excuse for a return visit for me! 🤭 . Really love the zen vibes here that comes with a welcoming service as well! Blankets are also provided when you dining at the al fresco area, which I did and enjoyed greatly - high tea with a good view, why not? 😉

[PS: The cafe is pretty small and cozy with limited seats, full house when I visited on Saturday. To avoid disappointment or long waiting time, be sure to make a reservation when you visit!] .
