Definitely a really good bowl of dry ramen, but portions are a little small. Try this over the soup ramens as the truffle flavours are not as strong. The noodles were well coated with truffle oil and onsen egg added just the right amount of extra moisture to not be dry (tho taste overpowers the truffle!). The pork slices were nicely charred with a good ratio of fats to lean meat. This was just a nice wholesome (small) bowl of good dry ramen where everything just came together in perfect unity 🌎🌍🌏
