This definitely caught my eye because of the excellent attempt to mimic one of the nation’s favourite dish. I had my fair share of reservations as such innovations could end up a little odd on the taste buds. But I decided to give it a go when the other burpplers started raving about it and boy they were right. I could literally imagine myself chomping down a fragrant bowl of nasi lemak if I hadn't open my eyes. Depizza is indeed the champion when it comes to fusion food!
