Served with potato and sweet potato mash, poached egg and toast. Perfect to be eaten any time of the day. The sous vide beef is very tender. The carrot kimchi gave slight spiciness and tanginess to cut through the heaviness of the beef. Most of so called fusion food doesn't work but this one does. πŸ„πŸ„πŸ„
