Featuring a generous portion of pork lightly breaded & fried to the perfect golden brown, these pork katsu were indeed super crispy on the exterior! 💯 The highlight was actually their housemade sweet garlic chilli, which took the dish to a whole new level! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The chilli 🌶 wasn’t really spicy in my opinion, but boasts of the fragrance of herbs & ingredients used! 💕 Can’t really guess their secret recipe but dousing this sauce on the chunky katsu slices proved to be the best combination! 🤤🤤🤤 A little sweet, spicy & tangy - perfect for cutting the heaviness of the katsu! 👍🏻
