Being our first time dining at Sakon Thai, we decided to get pretty standard Thai fare that couldn't really go wrong! Our staple for the meal was the pineapple fried rice, which was served hot and fragrant! You could smell a light sweetness in the rice when it was served, and the rice also embodied the sweetness from the pineapples as well. However, the ingredient in the rice was pretty limited and it contains two small prawns, pork floss and very few chunks of pineapples. For $8++, it would have been even better if the restaurant were more generous with the other ingredients, especially the pineapples!
