This hot pot loin katsu has pork loin cooked in savory dashi broth with egg. As with its other sets, this came with miso/pork belly soup, as well as refillable salad and white/brown rice. Though the egg mixture was a touch salty, it was good with its well cooked rice. Cutlet here had a thinner cut compared to the other Ginjio Pork Katsu (Fatty Loin) Set ($38) we had, and we liked the ratio and texture here better. Slices of onions in there were soft and sweet.
