Baba Chews rendition of Itek Tim has its duck broth with salted mustard vegetables, seasoned with spices, green chilli and tamarind. Unfortunately felt that the broth was predominantly flavoured by the salted mustard vegetables, while the other ingredients weren’t that distinct. Portion was quite small for the price tag, and our bowl was served lukewarm. 😔
