Fresh shrimp cooked in a dish of boiling olive oil with garlic, chili and smoked paprika

When I think of Spanish Tapas, I think of FOC because of the holistic dining experience that they provide. However, this is one dish that I think My Little Tapas Bar does much better. The succulent fresh shrimp easily slipped off its tail end shell, bathing in a concoction of spices. What I liked about the sauce / broth was that it was not too oily, making it a very pleasant experience when you dip the bread. I don't usually favour shrimp or soupy dishes, but this is a really good dish!
