We went over to MEMO Cafe for brunch last weekend, and here’s what we had:

~Fish & Chips ($24)
~Wagyu Beef Burger ($22)
~Parma Ham & Burrata Salad ($24)
~Truffle Cheese Fries ($10)
~Hearty Tomato Beef Borscht Soup ($8)

I think the dishes were pretty good in general. The Fish & Chips was solid (crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside), Parma Ham & Burrata Salad was fresh on the palate (love the combo of richness from the cheese, savouriness from the ham and bursts of umami from the tomatoes), Hearty Tomato Beef Borscht Soup was really comforting (reminded me of a soup I used to have in my childhood but that one had alphabet macaroni)! We did like the Wagyu Beef Burger overall but felt that the beef patty was a little under-seasoned; it was decent otherwise when munched on with the other ingredients.

This is a nice spot to have brunch or chill in the Robertson Quay area for sure! Oh ya, they also have an ongoing weekday set lunch (Mon-Fri, 11am to 3pm) promo, where you get a 2-course set lunch with a beverage at only $16. Definitely value for money!
