Tom Yum God Cheese Ramen ($16)

I am probably very late to trying this but it did pique my interest as to what a tom yum and miso soup blend would taste like. I am loving the sour and spicy elements from the soup and the miso replacing the usual coconut milk added to Tom Yum soup. This is an interesting combination although I do not get the addition of cheese to the ramen and the pork slices felt rather haphazardly prepared.
