This was chock full of scallions, and had a rather decent amount of squid in it too. The sides are crisp! A rather thicc pancake but felt a bit floury in the middle especially when it was no longer hot. The aircon here is rather strong so the food cooled v quickly. It’s a decent pancake but I don’t think I’ll reorder.
