Light fluffy cake with pulut hitam (black glutinous rice) filling and topped with a layer of coconut cream. The coconut milk really goes together with the pulut hitam. Salty sweet and savoury 🙂. Sadly, the roasted pulut hitam on the cake was hard and dry.. It would have been nice if it was crunchy.
