One of the places to visit when I’m craving for Jjajangmyeon & Tangsuyuk.

If you don’t know, Tangsuyuk is the Korean version of sweet and sour pork. But unlike other places, their Tangsuyuk (from $24/small) is made of deep-fried pork stripes, lightly battered before being coated in a well-balanced sweet & sour sauce. Cut into bite-size, it is pretty addictive to munch on though it’s recommended to eat them hot as it hardens when it’s cool.
