The symphony of light and tart flavours made this the ideal refreshing end to the meal. The sourdough waffle was airy and not too sweet, its nooks filled with fresh berries and piped lemony honey ricotta. On the side was a schmear of creamy and sourish berry ricotta for you to swipe your waffle in, as well as a small pot of maple syrup for those who prefer more sweetness in their dessert.
