One of my favourite tonkatsu restaurants in Singapore. Pork cutlet is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, coated with miso sauce that is neither overly sweet or salty. Top it up with free-flow salad, miso soup and rice, and you are sure to have enough to fill your stomach for $22++! Go for the rosu katsu if you want more fats in the meat; otherwise you can try the hire katsu if you prefer the meat to be lean!
