I had a craving for noodles but not the wok fried ( oily ) kind of noodles.

Mezza9 had the perfection combination that I was looking for.

Crispy Egg noodles drenched in a velvety egg and ginger gravy with chives , assorted mushrooms and chicken slices. I have not tasted something quite like this - not even in good Cantonese restaurants outside .

The fragrant Egg noodles were pan fried over Low fire to that perfect crisp and retained its crisp even under that blanket of sauce .

Paired with mezza9's Xo dried Chilli shrimps , this noodle was really really good .

Excellent execution but still retaining that " home cooked " feel - now how is that done 😛?
