I love cheese and I adore dakgalbi, so I must have this. It tasted exactly the way I imagined, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was told to switch off the fire when the cheese melted.

The cheese was beautifully stringy and very very delicious. The spicy level of the dakgalbi was just nice. Rice cakes were chewy. Towards the end, the cheese hardened so we switched on the fire again. Burnt the cheese a little, which was a happy mistake. We used the big spoon to scrap cheese crust and it was fantastic. Spicy dakgalbi sauce had mixed into the cheese so it became spicy cheese. So yummy.
