36-hour Sous-vide Lamb Neck ($30++) was also tender, flavour (#lambjusftw) & I have difficulty picking which of the lamb & beef dish is my favourite. Can I choose both?

The bed of spiced couscous it was served on was perfectly done, as were the harissa pumpkin & charred zucchini. Everything on this plate was very harmonious & made me super happy.
