Joo has been nothing short but absolutely amazing, Mangalista Pork Belly has always been my all time favorite and definitely an item you should not miss when you are in Joo.

The meats were brined with salt, pepper, soju followed by makgeolli and thereafter, a slow roasting process for three hours which given a golden crispy edge of its own.

Much love for how tender and juicy these pork bellies are and accompanied with chives and whole grain mustard for an excellent closure.
