We got the Burpple set menu for two ($78+ - note that there is still service charge although there is no GST) and one of the appetisers on the menu is the assorted dumpling platter. The dumplings are very different from the Chinese dumplings that we are used to having and most distinctively, these Russian dumplings come with a really thick skin. The white dumpling, in our opinion, was the most unique because it was filled with potato and cheese, which is quite different from the meat fillings that we are used to having in our dumplings. The black one is also special, because it is a beef dumpling!

There is sour cream as a dipping sauce along the sides although we thought that it may have been a little too diluted! In our view, the dumplings were better without the dip.
