Finally tried Tanuki Raw after its revamp on my day off. The Foie Gras Truffle Yakiniku Bowl ($19.90 if you order between 11.30am-3pm; otherwise $23) came loaded with a decent-sized seared goose liver, thinly sliced US black angus short rib and an onsen egg on top of their signature seasoned rice and elevated with truffle soy & black garlic brown butter - a mishmash of flavours and texture that made this heaven in a bowl.
