First time having this and I loved it. The guokui is a flatbread stuffed with ingredients, came piping hot and super crispy. Got the Si Chuan Pickled Fish - an appetizing sour, salty combination with just a bit of heat - a little heavy on the flavours so it ended up too salty towards the end but I finished it anyway. Probably would be good to share!
