The star of the evening was the unexpected Foie Gras and Scallop Sushi (S$24++ for two pieces)!

It was pure cognitive dissonance. I didn't know whether I wanted to gobble it whole and quickly, or to savour each bite slowly. What I was sure of was that it was pure bliss. When I bit into the sweet glazed pan seared foie gras and Hokkaido scallop, it was an ultimate flavour and texture explosion. #Burpproved
