Prawn Aglio Olio - Al dente pasta that soaked up the goodness of the prawn stock paired with seared prawns that came with a light charred. It can be a little gelat but It’s so yummy!! -$26

Sea Bass Pasta - Perfectly cooked seabass with a crispy skin and tender flesh. The pasta was tossed with Nori cream sauce and tobiko! Similar to the prawn aglio olio, it is very flavourful but can also get a little gelat towards the end! Love the thoughful touch of adding in a pickled radish. Maybe a dash of lemon juice/ vinegar can make the pasta more refreshing! 😋 - $22
