Choose between ribs ($11.50) or short ribs ($10.50) for the bkt at Legendary or just go with the combo ($9.50) for the best of both worlds. The short ribs have a layer of fats and the meat is more tender than the ribs. I prefer a leaner cut and I was not disappointed. The meat from the ribs is also very soft after hours of simmering. 😉

The heavy garlic flavour takes away the gamey pork flavour and enhances sweetness of the meat. Even though this version is less peppery, but if you are into herbal flavours, Legendary's rendition is what you will keep going back for. 😀
