Told myself to stick to my diet plan, but I simply couldn't resist this Crab Vermicelli. Think smooth, bouncy glass noodles, cooked in a delectable savoury brown sauce, paired with sweet fresh crabs - all that above a bed of soft caramelized whole garlic cloves and slices of pork belly. My description doesn't do it justice, cause really: it's just noodles. But trust me when I say it's calories well worth it.
