Wasn’t a fan of lala until today!

I haven’t been fond of clams. I attribute the dislike to an unfortunate encounter of a time I had some bad clams. However, one of JB Ah Meng’s most popular dishes include the famous fried garlic chili clams ($16++, strangely, service charge is only 1%). I tried it, and was blown away.

Firstly, I don’t recall seeing such large clams elsewhere in this quantity. Secondly, the spicy garlic sauce is to die for. It is dangerously addictive. It didn’t take long for me to form a mountain of empty clamshells! Not an ordinary sight coming from someone who feared clams.
