남자라면 (Man Ramyeon) with Hotdogs and Corn, an unintentionally poached egg toped with korean seaweed.

Chef on Duty for the Night was yours truly so with what we had in our pantries and fridge it was 生面 Crispy Noodles with Vegetables and Prawn Dumplings.

A chilly day calls for yummy Avocado Pasta with Hotdogs 😋 Super Shiok stuff and its much more successful than previous attempts at making this dish.

Tried to use a cheating method to make 台灣蛋餅 but instead of using a home-made crepe i used a wrap instead.
