In conjunction with World Food Day and Pan Pacific Hotels Group's community initiative, Chefs from 5 Pan Pac Group of hotels — Pan Pacific Singapore, Pan Pacific Orchard, PARKROYAL on Pickering, PARKROYAL on Beach Road and PARKROYAL on Kitchener will be creating dishes using ingredients from local farms. These dishes will be available from now till 15 August 2017 as part of the respective hotel's dinner buffet spread.

My favorite was the Tea Smoked Soft Yolk Egg topped with fish roes and micro herbs at Lime at Parkroyal on Pickering. One bite into it and I knew that one-half was definitely not enough!

Part of the proceeds of the buffet dinner will go to purchase food parcels for the low-income households. Get ready to Eat Well and Do Good!
