Sushi Airways is a cosy little Japanese restaurant with an airplane theme. Out of the variety of dishes ordered, my favourite has to be the Double Shake maki (Pic 6). With a generous serving of truffle oil and the crunchy fish skin which adds another layer of texture to the dish, this is definitely something that I would recommend. The chawanmushi... not so much.
I have never tried pufferfish before, but their grilled pufferfish (Pic 3) reminded me of Bak Kwa.
The Uni Tasting (Pic 2) is quite interesting, with its cute (and edible) tiny crabs, but one might be put off by the price.
The friendly chef also threw in a complimentary plate of sweet honey dew.
