Al dente spaghetti done in a flavourful pork stew stock and slightly charred pork belly slices of a much fattier cut. It comes with lots of toppings too, like parmesan cheese, furikake, chili flakes and chicken floss that made each mouthful fun to have with the variety. Flavours are more heavy, so perhaps best to share.
