Presenting the recipient of the Michelin Bib Gourmand 2017, Ah Er Soup makes its way from Jurong Leisure Complex and ABC Brickworks Food Centre into Food Republic at Wisma Atria with their tasty and nutritious soups.

The hot favourite during the #burppleeatup was certainly this bowl of Buddha Jumps Over The Wall (S$9.00). With premium ingredients such as scallop, dried oyster, fish maw, abalone, chicken and mushrooms simmered in a rich collagen broth with traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, this bowl is evidently rich and delicious.

If you are as much of a Cantonese as I am, then this is something you shouldn’t miss. Other types of double-boiled soups are also available from S$5.00 onwards, which is considered affordable in the downtown district.
