Enjoyed this more than the Chirashi with incredibly fresh salmon cubes in this bowl! Apparently they fillet the whole fish themselves so no frozen sashimi nonsense here. The cubes are also marinated upon every order so the delicate flavour of the fish isn't overpowered. Love the popping tobiko in every bite too, and plus points for the nicely seasoned rice.
