Their affordable heartland Chinese Zi Char dishes features familiar comfort flavours, with a few twists.

Slices of firm snakehead murrel fish, with a nice bite, are coated in a thin all-purpose flour batter and flash-fried till crisp. Then it's wok-tossed with creamy thousand island sauce.

Sounds unusual, but the tangy sweet sour savoury flavours work well.
