Unlike the usual pork broth, the chicken broth here is ultra rich, creamy and thick - evidence of the long hours of slow-boiling chicken bones & feet. But note that this makes it incredibly filling and can be slightly on the rich side for some people. The chicken thigh is ultra succulent & tender with a nice slightly charred skin. The black spicy option was garlicky and while very flavourful with the right level of spice, the garlic overwhelmed the chicken flavours so based on how the original chicken flavours were so strong & good by itself, we preferred the original version over the black one
