Founded by local pastry chefs Germaine and Joy, both are graduates from the internationally renowned culinary institute Ferrandi Paris, specializing in French baked pastries. Over at this outlet, there are sweet and savoury bakes from the classic croissant and pain au chocolate to unique creations such as the Lucky Clover, a good luck charm of puff pastry with sprinkles of spring onion, garlic and bacon, and the Truffle Ziggy that pays homage to the stairway in the neighborhood, and this pastry contains truffle cream, wild mushrooms, arugula, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese. The sweets include the Vanilla Berry Danish topped with blueberries, strawberries and raspberries and diners can also order their popular Orh Blanc Tart, a fusion of French Mont Blanc and our classic yam paste.
