Ordered the Cajun Chicken with truffle fries and buttered corn as sides. The truffle fries is a premium side (+$3) but it’s definitely worth the upgrade as it’s both a generous portion and thoroughly infused with truffle oil. The chicken itself was enormous in size, with a thicker crust than expected but still crispy, enabling the meat to remain juicy. Although the cajun spices were rather mild, the sheer portion of the dish made it worth for the price.
Also ordered the Apple Blueberry Crumble for dessert, which was a great combination of warm fruits with cold vanilla ice cream. The crumble provided a nice textural contrast to the softened fruits as well. It wasn’t overly sweet, which I personally appreciated.
