Unlike the usual braised dark sauce kway chup, theirs is peppery and light.
I find the kway chup soup was rather blend and the kway (noodle) is not smooth enough haha. I like their Deep fried Thai Pork belly, crispy, flavourful and not too oily and I also like their Thai milk tea. The braised tau pok was too salty and the fried midwing lacked of lemongrass taste. Braised egg was still fine, not that salty as compared to the tau pok.
Overall it was still a satisfying meal and affordable price point. As it’s near my place, i will still return for the side dishes and rice! Or if i wish for something light, the kway chup is very suitable!
