Very lively and friendly owner (Geri / Geraldine Tan) who welcomed me into the shop with a smile and very cheerful 'Welcome!' the moment I stepped in. I had a quick chat with her to find out more about this cafe which I had no prior knowledge of. At the end of it, I was thoroughly impressed and moved by her 'craziness' and passion in what she is doing. As with other reviews, I think this cafe is worth giving a try if you happen to be in the East for both its social cause (Providing people with disabilities with employment) and value-for-money eats.

The cafe specialises in Italian cuisine but they do serve Asian dishes as well such as Thai Red Curry and currently, a Wagyu Beef Rendang as well!

Chicken Quesadilla ($5, $4.50 without chicken)
- Not oily at all
- Cheesy, slightly spicy, and lots of tomato flavour
Overall, I love the portion size and is definitely a substantial snack or even, a light meal. However, I felt that the flavours were quite flat and could have used some sauce with stronger flavours such as honey mustard or a vinagrette. The cuisine will probably become less 'Italian' but perhaps some chili powder or black pepper would work as well?

Despite not really liking the quesadilla, would definitely come back to try more of their dishes which seem more popular!
