Opted for a version with lots of karaage instead of egg/other ingredients cuz I love me some good fried chicken 😋 Their noodles look quite simple and plain, but it definitely tastes better than it looks! The seasoning oil is very flavourful, but not too salty or oily. A quick toss, and the bowl will be devoured in no time.
