Yeah another botanical ice cream house๐ฆ๐ธ๐ @gelatolabo opened during this time of crisis (give them some support!๐ช) at #jalanbesar along Cavan road (keep an eye as the store is really tucked to the corner๐). I love how itโs along the same concept as #birdsofparadise and #breadandbutterfly serving botanical flavorsโบ๏ธโค๏ธ they have very unique flavors like: Sicilian Pistachio, Milk Chocolate & Cereal Nibs, Del Monte Banana & Cacao Nibs, orange and white chrysanthemum, Packham pear and thyme etc. (๐swipe to see more๐) I personally got their seasonal Sakura smoke artichoke and pear compote which is made from 18hr artichoke sousvide smoked with aged Sakura wood and paired with pear reduction compote - crazy classy stuff for just $6!๐คฉthe other flavor is pink apple and dill which is super refreshing and the lemony dill adds a lightness sour flavor to the sweet apple ๐๐โจa flavor I will go back to anytime๐ the flavors are super unique and interesting, if only sampling is allowed๐ญ no thanks to COVID-19๐ฃ I will love the ice cream to be more creamy and smooth like gelato as the milky-ness is lacking abit๐ค and the scoop doesnโt look like what I saw on #danielfooddiary ๐คญ but for the price and crazy detailed flavors Iโm cool with it๐คทโโ๏ธ the lavender cone is more on the soft thin side, will like it to be slightly thicker to keep the crunch when the ice cream melts within it, i do like that itโs one of the more flavorful cones I hadโจ overrall, I will definitely still go back as itโs convenient for me haha and the rotating floral flavors are really my thing๐ฅฐ
